What is MonarchWare?
We are a Honduran company that develops technological solutions so that any local business can grow without complicating its life. We help you sell more, retain your customers, and communicate with them in an easy and automated way.
What types of businesses does MonarchWare work for?
MonarchWare works for a wide range of local businesses, including restaurants, retail stores, beauty salons, hardware stores, clinics, and service-based businesses. It is designed for any business that wants to manage customers, sales, and communication more efficiently and grow using technology.
Do I need to be a technology expert to use it?
Not at all. We designed everything with non-technical users in mind. In addition, our Support and Customer Success team will guide you from day one so you can learn to use the tools with confidence.
Where are you located?
We are located in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. We serve businesses throughout the country and understand the reality of the local market: how people buy, how they pay, and how they communicate.
How long does it take before I can start using it?
It depends on the plan and the services you choose, but most of our clients are active within a few days. We take care of the initial setup.
Are my data and my customers’ data secure?
Yes. All information is stored on servers with high security standards and is transmitted in encrypted form. Your database belongs to you, and no one else has access to it.
Who can see my business information?
Only you and the people you grant access to can see it. You can create users for your team and define what each one is allowed to do.
What happens if I lose my internet or my equipment breaks?
Your information lives in the MonarchWare cloud, not on your computer. If your device fails, you can simply log in from another one and everything will still be there, intact.
Do you make backups of the information?
Yes, we perform automatic backups on a regular basis. This way, in the event of any unforeseen issue, your information is protected.
Why don’t you show prices on the page?
Because every business is different. A restaurant with one branch does not need the same as a pharmacy chain with five. We prefer to get to know you, understand what you need, and prepare a fair, tailored quote for you.
What plans do you offer?
We have three main plans: Starter (ideal for getting started), Growth (the most recommended for growing businesses) and Pro (designed for businesses with multiple branches). In the quote, we explain which one is best for you.
How do I request a quote?
Very easy: write to us on WhatsApp or by email. info@monarchware.com, tell us a little about your business and in less time than you imagine you’ll have a clear proposal, with no fine print.
Do I have to sign long-term contracts?
We don’t lock you in. We work with flexible plans because we want you to stay with us because it works for you, not because you are obligated.
Do you accept payments in dollars?
Yes, of course. We are a multifaceted company and we operate in dollars. We also offer other options if you need them.
What is CRM and sales automation?
It is our tool that helps you organize your customers, keep track of your sales, and let the system handle repetitive work for you: reminders, follow-ups, and automatic messages. You focus on selling, MonarchWare takes care of the rest.
How does customer loyalty work?
We set up a program so your customers earn points, stamps, or rewards every time they buy from you. They come back more often, spend more, and recommend you. Everything is done from their phone, with no physical cards.
What does WhatsApp and SMS marketing include?
We help you send promotions, reminders, birthday messages, and campaigns to your customers through the channels they use most in Honduras: WhatsApp and text messages. Messages that are actually read and actually sell.
What does the Artificial Intelligence Assistant do?
It is an intelligent chatbot that assists your customers 24/7. It answers frequently asked questions, takes orders, schedules appointments, or transfers the conversation to a human when needed. It’s like having an employee who never sleeps.
Can I hire just one service or do I have to take everything?

What do you do with the information you collect?
We use it only to help your business run better: to organize your sales, communicate with your customers, and improve your experience. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
Do my customers know that their information is being used?
Yes. All communications we send respect your customers’ preferences. If someone wants to stop receiving messages, they can do it with one click.
If I leave MonarchWare, what happens to my data?
They are yours. If you decide to leave, we provide your database in a format you can use. No barriers, no surprises.
